What Is Plastic Net?

Plastic net is generally made of PE, PP, PA6 and other thermoplastic polymers as raw materials (PTFE is synthetic fluorinated polymers) added with antioxidants, UV stabilizers, plasticizers, flame retardant, heat stabilizer and other additives, and then is extruded out or is drawn and woven.

Plastic features rigid, resilient, no heat conduction and electricity conduction, lightweight, low cost, recyclable, etc. Additives are added to prevent plastic from thermal oxidation during extrusion, or the material becomes hard and fragile at low temperatures, or the material becomes soft and sticky at high temperatures. Besides, additives can help to extend the lifespan of the plastic net and finally achieve the desired physical or chemical properties. Additive content is generally only a few percent, but it has a significant influence on the performance and stability of polymers.
