
Single-layer flexible windbreak net
Windbreak net is made of HDPE after special process weaving. It is added with UV stabilizer, fir retardant and other additives to make it solid and firm.
Also known as windbreak netting or dust net, it is a flexible barrier widely used in industrial and municipal engineering projects for wind and dust prevention. It is widely used in ports, thermal power plants, coal mines, coking plants, steel plants, coal washeries, and coal yards and stock yards of cement plants, and is the main method of wind damage prevention and dust pollution control. Besides being used in various industrial fields, windbreak nets are also widely used in agricultural fields (such as shading) and commercial fields (such as badminton courts).
Windbreak nets are divided into single-layer flexible windbreak nets and double-layer flexible windbreak nets by the number of layers.
Single-layer flexible windbreak net is a kind of standard flexible windbreak net that can reduce 35%–75% of the wind and block 40%–85% of the sunlight. It comes in a variety of weights and open areas to suit different areas and achieve different wind prevention performance. It is widely used in agricultural production because of its high cost performance, good shading, insect protection and reduced water evaporation functions.
Double-layer flexible windbreak net can reduce 50%–55% of the wind and block 70%–85% of the sand. Compared with single-layer windbreak net, double-layer flexible windbreak net has stronger windproof performance, heavier weight and longer service life. It is mainly used in coal mines, power plants, coking plants, coal yards, sand and gravel plants, stone plants, construction sites, garbage dumps, etc.
